1.Service description

CopyFix is a macOS clipboard utility with local clipboard history, notes, image search, and optional AI text transformation.

2.Your responsibility

• —You are responsible for the prompts, content, and data you submit.
• —You are responsible for complying with any laws, contracts, or policies that apply to your use.
• —If you use your own API keys, you are responsible for securing those keys and for any provider charges or limits.

3.Third-party providers

• —CopyFix can send BYOK prompt data directly from the app to third-party AI providers you choose.
• —CopyFix does not proxy BYOK AI requests through CopyFix middleware.
• —Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and policies.
• —We are not responsible for third-party provider availability, output, pricing, or policy changes.

4.Payments and Pro

• —CopyFix is free to use.
• —A one-time Pro payment unlocks advanced features for the license it is linked to.
• —Pro is not a subscription and does not create recurring CopyFix charges.
• —Pro is a digital software license. Purchases are final except where required by law or where CopyFix explicitly shows a refund option before checkout.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to use CopyFix for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including attempts to violate others' rights, confidentiality, or security.

6.No warranties

CopyFix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyFix and its author are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.

8.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CopyFix after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
